The Course has adopted all of the recommended provincial (Alberta Health Services) and NAGA (National Allied Golf Associations) guidelines and protocols in order to allow for a safe golf environment through the COVID19 period. 

  • No walk-ons: All golfers must have a tee time to access the golf course. 

  • Arrival at club: Golfers are to arrive at the Club a maximum of 15 minutes prior to their tee time.

  • Golfer check-in: A member from each group of golfers must check in with the pro staff at the door outside of the pro shop.

  • Golfers next on 1st tee: Golfers who have a pending tee time must not proceed past the marked designated area by the west side of the putting green until the preceding group has teed off and

  • vacated the first tee area. Groups must tee off at their designated time and no earlier unless the first fairway is clear of golfers.

  • No toilets on the course, clubhouse toilets cleaned regularly.

  • Food and Beverage service: Take out orders will also be available by calling or texting (780) 962-6500. The available food items will be posted outside the pro shop. An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to simplify the transaction required on pick up.

  • Golfers are encouraged to get drinks and food on arrival and at the turn.

  • The staff are committed as always to all food-safe guidelines and they promise all food and beverages delivered from the clubhouse meet the strict AHS protocols.

  • Daily hours of operation: First tee-off time will be 8 am, the last tee-off at 4 pm (hours to be expanded over time)

Golf play:

  • Walking is encouraged at this time.

  • Golf carts are limited to one user per cart with the only exception being two golfers who reside in the same household. Carts will be sanitized / pressure washed by staff before each use.

  • Rakes and ball washers: these items have been removed from the golf course.

  • Golfers are allowed to improve their lie or remove from the bunkers

  • Flagsticks and cups: cups have been modified so you cannot put hand into cup.

  • Sand / seed bottles and bins: these items have been removed from the golf course as per AHS guidelines. In the mean time, please replace your divots

  • Dangerous weather evacuation: In the event the siren needs to be sounded signifying the golf course is closed for dangerous weather, all golfers are to immediately and safely retreat to their own vehicle. No gathering under clubhouse cover or on course shelters is allowed.

  • After golf golfers  are mandated to return their carts as soon as their round is completed to the designated area and exit the club and parking area immediately. No loitering.
